TLDR: Yes.

A glance at my local Kijiji shows quite a few E46 M3s for sale, the better sorted/equipped, lower mileage, non-molested go for up to $20k, especially the cabrios.

Some of these M3s have been tastefully upgraded with aftermarket parts. Some have been molested. None are Dinans, and if you're going to buy a modified M3, it's the way to go, because it doesn't invalidate the factory warran...ohwait. These are some serious mods too, not the cheapest ones just to get the coveted badge.

Otherwise it looks pretty minty from here. I trust the seller has full records, including invoices for the Dinan mods?
